Valencia Jacobs-Brown is the broker/owner of J. Brown Realty, a boutique brokerage based in Brockton, Massachusetts serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Licensed since 2017, Valencia brings 9 years of hands-on real estate experience - plus prior years in residential lending - to every transaction, and has personally guided 75 closed transactions worth over $38.8 million in the past five years alone.
Valencia’s path into real estate started in the lending industry at a community bank in Dorchester, Massachusetts, finalizing home loan applications for local families. That experience shaped how she runs J. Brown Realty today: with a focus on clear communication, careful planning, and genuinely listening to what each client needs, whether that’s a first-time buyer, a growing family moving up, an investor building a portfolio, or a family relocating to the area.
